Refund & Return policy

Eligibility Criteria

We endeavor to provide high- quality products for new born and tiny tot. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return under the following conditions:-

  • Product must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Submit the return request within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items are not returnable- diapers, dry sheets & Personal hygiene product due to hygiene concerns.

How to take action on a return

  • To initiate a return, send an email or message to our customer service team with your order ID & the reason for the return.
  • After return request approved, return guidelines will be sent to you.

Process for Refund

  • If we found you eligible, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after returned item is received & inspected.
  • Refund will be issued to the payment method- Bank Transfer, UPI Net banking or wallet.
  • Shipping charged is nonrefundable, except in cases of damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Policy for Exchange

  • We allow exchanges only for size related issues within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • In case if the requested size is not available, a store credit or refund will be provided.
  • Policy for Damaged or Defective products
  • If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours with video or images of product for verification.
  • We will arrange requested product replacement or refund as per availability.

Cancellations Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipping only. Once order shipped, it cannot be canceled.
